I don’t think it’s 100% clear. There could be an exception from an underwriter for a political figure who is required to have 2 homes to do their job. Until we see her complete loan file we don’t know. I have family that own a mortgage company.

Lisa Cook is not a politician. And even if she were, there is no exception for any profession, but active duty military who are unable to occupy their home due to a deployment. By definition, one can only have one “primary residence”.

I support investigating anyone if there is credible evidence of wrongdoing. I haven’t follow it closely, but Paxton has committed a crime, he should be prosecuted.

The accusations didn’t come from Trump. They came from Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte. He has seen the evidence, much of which has been shared with the media. No one is above the law.
