70 percent of legal dispensaries in nyc must move because the state fucked yup and told them all they had to be 500 feet away minimum from a schools entrance and not minimum 500 feet from any school property as the law actually says and are now enforcing.
Wow. That’s ridiculous! I have bought cannabis in many states & honestly none have a law that operates as well as WA. CA is a close second. After that OR & CO are solid but the whole jar, measure, bag thing is so weird to me. WA just treats it like a liquor store (which we don’t have anymore lol).
Tbf all 4 of those states also have had legal medical weed for way longer than most places so they’re had longer to troubleshoot. But NY has truly been a debacle you wouldn’t believe the prices here even on the grey market.
Oh for sure but also, NY could’ve had medical cannabis for that entire time but chose not to. Regardless, it can’t be worse than IL stores/prices. Right?? That’s the worst I have experienced thus far. Even AZ’s (the most purple western state) is better than IL!
Well it’s like 37.50 for a 0.5g live resin cart or 50 for a 1g regular cart at the legal dispensary. In the grey market I can get a 2g disposable for 50 so that’s cheaper (and questionable quality) I have no idea how much IL is but it’s prob worse
Wow… IL is about that. In WA, on a sale day getting 1 oz is $75. An expensive oz is $140 but sometimes you’re paying for brand name or a cool jar lol. Regardless, quality is consistently great. Gray market is a term I was not familiar with until reading this thread. Black market is dead here.
