They do actually seem to be doing a few good things they're just terrible about talking about them and there's no narrative or vision to stitch them together because silly old Keir doesn't apparently believe in such things.

They really do need a talented communications director that knows how to play the tabloid game, and someone who can bring a sense of momentum and direction to proceedings. They're toast at the next election if they can't turn the negative public perception around within the next two years.
