First up, Kairi is an energetic, sweet, and adventurous Inkling who ended up in the human dimension with no memories and a mutation that lets her control water. Her adventure starts when she finds herself back in the inkling dimension and goes to discover her origin and purpose. Cont. (1/3)

Next, Salma is a very tempered but very defensive human who was experimented on and given cybernetic hands and legs. With her cybernetics, she now has a mutation that causes her to hit harder the angrier she is (and as you can imagine, she’s angry all the time). Now she’s out for revenge. (2/3)

And finally Melissa is a noble and empathetic Khlorai girl (which is an almost plant-like humanoid species) who is from a mutated bloodline of hunters called the E’elyzian Guild. She wasn’t actually raised by them and learns that the guild’s corrupt. So she has to end the guild and save her family.
