Been so focused on the run last week that my strength training has suffered. I haven’t done much and it showed today. Anyhoo, it’ll get better in the next few weeks.
I've gone off my running . Gonna try a wee 5km tonight . I'll share the data . Do you use Strava ? I was gonna delete it . I go through stages of wanting to delete everything . Silly really
