Been so focused on the run last week that my strength training has suffered. I haven’t done much and it showed today. Anyhoo, it’ll get better in the next few weeks.
Have the best day. Didn’t know about the no dairy or meat rule. We just loaded up on pastries before we came home and it was right on top of our luggage visible from the windows and nobody said anything.

Shanklin beach is lovely. Ventnor botanical Garden and from there you can walk to Steephill cove which is nice. Castlehaven cafe needs booking but awesome food. Spyglass inn too. Needles. Shanklin cove. There’s also a monkey and owl sanctuary and other stuff. Lots more of course
