Would disagree, in that they represent a group of potential voters who could be mobilized in the next election. Trump's winning 2024 strategy was based in part on bringing out "low-propensity" voters.

The problem is your numbers are wrong. You should site percentage of those who actually VOTED, which is 64% of those eligible. Of that 64%, approximately 39% voted for Trump. Of THAT 39%, approximately 56% did not have higher learning. Approximately 64% of all Americans have advanced education.
