There are only consequences if you or I lie to the judge. Drew Ensign can lie to a judge on behalf of DHS everyday and it's fine!
The exception is custody court. You can lie in there all day and get away with. Opposing party got caught lying on the stand during a hearing and the judge just said don’t do that again. It’s on the transcripts!! That was when I knew the system was exceptionally flawed
Lotta of things could be fixed in this world if there were enough jail space reserved for the liars.
