I’m aware of that part. I know it’s a steep hill. But that wasn’t the question. He’s committing perjury in his confirmation hearings (just like fucking Kavanaugh). If we had the votes could he be impeached for this?

There are 33 Senate seats on the ballot next year. The results of those elections will determine whether or not anyone can be removed from office after getting impeached by the House. As to what could someone be impeached for, that is entirely up to Congress.

50% + 1 in the house and he's impeached. 2/3 of those present in the senate necessary to convict and remove, then, a majority, 50% + 1, to ban from ever running for office again.
