The graffiti actually livens it up & some is well done. I like the raggedy palm trees too. The buildings look very retro, so I'm guessing it's from the 60's?
It was all rebuilt in the early 2000's, but I think they went retro in the design.
That was an interesting choice. That's sad that it was still open and active so recently.
