He did an hour long Daily Caller interview on Friday afternoon. I have no doubt the DC will always paint things in the best light for Trump, but I cannot imagine that they’d sit on a scoop that he’s incapacitated or showing obvious signs of a stroke

I have, and there’s not—at least, not yet. I’m curious why you’d assume this particularly Trump-friendly outlet wouldn’t dissemble over his actual physical condition if requested/warned by his handlers. Especially given that he’s not so much as called into a Fox News show over the past six days.
