There are so many different combinations of diagnostic criteria to make a BPD diagnosis. Just because you may have the diagnosis does NOT necessarily make you like him. Especially since he has so much overlap with the other Cluster B diagnoses. Of course, the DSM-5 no longer has these “clusters.”
