Today I announced some very useless Cabinet positions. 4 Health Care Ministries for the price of 4! Plus I now have an Associate Minister for Water…WATER FFS! Prolly cause my current Environment Minister is too busy doubling oil & gas production while removing emission/pollution caps! 🤷🏻‍♀️
