I read you as implying this because you said we (collectively, to the left) should do this, as a group, which I think is correct, but in terms of priorities, I think we need to build the political org that supports it first before anyone applies for the job.
I don't say every leftist should join, but if you are unemployed, why not. Or if you are unhappy at your job.
I agree that it’s better to have an infiltrator on the inside, ready to put their body onto the gears of the machine, but real liberation comes from the conquest of political power over these institutions.
I'm sure these people are scared the fuck out someone will infiltrate them and leak their names or report whatever illegal shit they are doing.
They are more annoyed than scared.
