Too many rollers on the tracks and low slope on the front, probably M3 Bradleys. I'd guess heading to Fort Ripley?

On second thought, no turret. Newer Armored Multi Purpose Vehicles, AMPV.
These looked like museum pieces lol and Ft Ripley is the most likely.
Initially concerning no matter where they were heading in this day and age in the U.S. (which...fuuuuuuuuuuck), but seems they are still only ramping up production and in the replacement/introduction phase. So likely just a scheduled delivery.
ampv have five idler wheels, those pictured have 6. I'm thinking Bradley
*road wheels
Both the Bradley and AMPV have 6, the M113 only had 5. Bradley typically has a turret mounted 25MM main gun not seen here.
I'm a dummy. i was looking at photos of the m113 in a report talking to the development of the ampv and improvements over the 113
I had to recount a bunch of times. Like making sure you've got the right number of zeroes in an account number, blink at the wrong time and it's all confusing.
The company, BAE, that makes them has a facility on the north side of Mpls.
