Minneapolis election season is ramping up, so the 2 term incumbent Mayor and his auxiliaries are running 3rd term on a message of, "Crime is out of control, the city has gone to shit, therefore I should be re-elected." The fact it is working is insanity.
Ah, you see, the bad things are the city council's fault, whose power was significantly curtailed 4 years ago. The good things are what the good boy mayor does.
It makes absolutely no sense. Crime is down significantly under the current Mayor's administration, and he and his proxies insist it is out of control and he needs to be brought back to fix it. How does that make any sense?
It couldn't be racism, could it?
