I just used a online calculator to determine how many calories a day I should eat for age, height, weight, activity etc and it’s 1488. That’s with walking 5-8 miles a day. Curse of being little. So, Yeah, nobody come at me for how little it looks like I am eating, sigh.

That's a ridiculously low calorie intake, especially for the amount of exercise you get. I would not rely on that calculator.

And activity levels can change over time. So think of your calorie estimate as a starting point and adjust it up or down as you alter your activity level.

Right? I selected exercise daily, but since it’s just walking not running or anything that intense. OTOH from the activity calculator on the watch it takes a lot of walking to burn any calories. I can walk miles and see 90 calories burned. Sigh
