It is. The downside is that it is also often the laggiest. Most of the top-tier raiders and PvMPers went there. If you were on Laurelin for the RP stuff, tho, most of those folks went to Meriadoc, which has a healthy population as well.

Yea I think that one could be a good choice as well ☺️ I don't RP myself but I enjoyed the old server more for some of its events and players performing at the PPI! It was a very friendly server.
