Hundreds of members of Congress sued Trump during his first term over the emoluments clause (Blumenthal vs Trump). A lower court threw the case out on the grounds that members of Congress HAD NO STANDING. And SCOTUS declined to review.

That was 8 years ago. I'm talking about now. I'm talking about his refusal to spend the money the way Congress authorized it. The Supreme Court hasn't ruled about their standing on that.

Justsecurity.org is tracking all lawsuits against the Trump administration. That's 383 cases. I looked through it briefly to see if any involved impoundments and saw several that seemed to my untrained eye to be related.

Well, I stand corrected. Out of 383 cases, two were filed by the DNC. You can see how I thought they hadn't done anything. You can certainly agree that they haven't done much.
