I think we need a coalition of states to fund a new CDC. It can start by rehiring everyone who was fired by RFK Jr. Build a new CDC on the ashes of the old. There is nothing in the Constitution that would prevent it.

Some Blue states are already starting this. People who have had to leave their jobs at the CDC should look into working with them. Any data they can bring would help, too.
