Yes, but it's under control for now. Sleeping is difficult, and I'm definitely ready to go home. They need to get me off the pain machine and on oral meds, hopefully tomorrow and I hope to be going home on Monday. Pathology still hasn't come back for the mass, so we're waiting for that as well. 🤞
Do you have to wait for the holiday weekend to be over before you get the status of the mass? Also, I’m not familiar with a “pain machine,” unless it refers to human existence.
It pumps pain medicine through an iv into your arm when you press a button. I call it the pain machine, but it's really called PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia).
