A NB resident told her that because his wife was Venezuelan, they cancelled their Maine trips, because of the disappearing. She said "Oh they're busy at other points of entry, we'll protect your wife" Would YOU take that chance?

Not at all. Governor is trying to alleviate suffering in her state. As with all collective punishments, good, innocent people are also hurt. trying to point out that the felon pres does'nt care, does'nt suffer at all, if tourism in Maine is decreasing. Still, I'm in favor, fwiw, of the boycott.

We are also trying to alleviate suffering in our provinces. It's not Canadians job to make🌮care. It is the elected representatives in the states job to make him care. Do not turn it around and try to make us feel guilty. Many on here have experienced that in our lives and we're not having it!

Because Canadians can cross that border without risk of being detained, phones searched, etc....so a governor trying to convince us to cross the federally controlled border w those risks is someone who either doesn't understand what's going on or doesn't care about the risks to their "friends".
