Stung by a wasp at a BBQ last night. Took a swig out of a can, felt something lumpy as I was swallowing… too late. Bugger stung me somewhere in my oesophagus. Was particularly uncomfortable for a while. 1/10 do not recommend.

I’m rather hoping my gastric juices took care of the worst of it. Apparently the wild fires have driven them off the moors, hence why they seem to be particularly prevalent late-summer this year.
