This is really bad. All funding for domestic HIV cut, including surveillance. We won’t know how bad it will get without HIV prevention dollars if CDC/states can’t even do surveillance for the disease.

Sorry, we should have qualified, it’s awful, but relative to what we already knew, it’s not the worst case scenario (NIH $ gone, reorg allowed). We are all still fucked.
