I have gone places & done things alone and enjoyed myself, but that was when there were someones to share the adventures with later. It's a very different experience when they almost seem to happen in a vacuum - reinforcing the isolation. Where do you like to go?
that is very much my current problem. loneliness is a creeping all encompassing constant in my life. I have friends who I love very much, but somehow, I still feel very lonely and forgotten. And I hate myself for that too. Forcing myself to do things on my own is very hard.
And gets harder with the years. My friends have mostly died, or moved on. It's good to have someone to commiserate with, though.
