Amazing how indoctrinated we all are into that language around women isn’t it? I had to have someone correct me the other day. They are not young women they are girls and there’s a good possibility there are also boys who were SAd.

So true. It's a pervasive issue. Like, "girls mature faster than boys." No, society imposes more responsibility on girls at a much younger age. For boys, it's always "boys will be boys." We have to consistently & intentionally correct ourselves & remind one another to change this framing of girls.
