They’re good! I first tried them in Minneapolis because I figured a big city ought to be able to get fresher oysters. If you can, get descriptions on the oysters if not from the server then sometimes they have a slip of paper with the descriptions and how many you’d like 1/2

Then it’s up to you to decide what you like with your oyster for the flavor. I personally just like lemon juice and cocktail sauce 2/2
