ADHD enjoyer here. I tried all the apps too. The only apps I use now are my phone's calendar, AMdroid (for alarms/notifications I can toggle), and a note taking app that syncs with my PC (any decent note taking app will do). This offloads the cognitive overhead for executive functions to automation.
Same here lol. I've started using the Google calendar and task list. Along with saying "hey Google, add note to blah blah." So I can add a task or event later on. And then I added a daily reminder to use the note app. 😂
Yeah, that's basically the same boat I'm in too 😅
