Same here lol. I've started using the Google calendar and task list. Along with saying "hey Google, add note to blah blah." So I can add a task or event later on. And then I added a daily reminder to use the note app. ๐
I tried downloading a bunch of apps to help with ADHD. I'm overwhelmed already without the apps, and I just can't do extra. ๐ค

I'm the same as your friend. I have like 50 games going, I cycle between about 10 of them and ive never finished a game in my life.

I get major anxiety thinking about things. The list goes on .. It's been a tough life, not knowing why I was different. I used to always get my friends to get a new video game to play with me, then I'd get bored and stop playing it after they bought it. I've had a lot of shame about forgetting...
I can't remember anything. I leave things all over the place. I have a hard time starting and finishing tasks. I change tasks mid task all the time. My hobbies change all the time. I get hyper focused on things I'm interested in, until I'm into the next thing. I dropped out of school.

Bluesky is updating their privacy policy. It's worth a read. All of your posts, likes ect, data will be collected and stored. You cannot delete it. They can use it to categorize you, or de-categorize you.
