Had a situation come up once in an adult guardianship review of conduct where the guardian was interfering with the adversary counsel’s ability to meet with the ward. Would that potentially fall into that category?

Possibly? The opinion is less concerned when it is not a jury trial. Happily, I have many other subjects I can discuss so if I have to just spend three minutes on this and move on, that’s fine

Though they’re not going to be plaintiffs attorneys so maybe not relevant
