There's certain hospital and nursing home attorneys that are definitely exceptions to the rule, for sure. But they typically get their comeuppance eventually. Like the one who sued my client on a book account and his client ended up cutting us a check at the end. That was fun 😀

Nice! Here it’s more like deciding mandatory deadlines are actually optional (they are not) and that getting actual evidence is haaaaaard so why can’t we just use the expert’s report to get hearsay in as fact.
