Yep that one too! Love when family law attys think an understanding of minor guardianship means they are experts in adult guardianship. There’s a post on the PD’s blog a couple of years back with a solid misunderstanding of how powers of attorney work (big mad they lost the appeal lol).

I usually give it + the opinion to my interns in their first week or two as a good example of what not to do.
