Cleaning out my office as we consolidate space. Today I found: - materials from the state Elder Law conference back to 2010 - multiple printouts of the same two 90s cases - bound copies of all the briefs from Helen E.F. (2012 WI 50) - and this, which I haven’t looked at since graduation

Pocket edition of 2014 Federal Rules of Evidence

Also the entire lawyer’s desk reference from the state bar, both volumes, ca. 2007.

1) I don’t litigate anymore 2) I’m mostly dealing with state law 3) They’re all online anyway so I don’t know why I thought I needed to take this into the office in the first place Still can’t find my pocket Constitution but a friend is mailing me one.

Law school still wasn’t even on the radar! Some of this stuff is so old, I was still working at Epic.
