Where were the passengers of a commercial airliner on the wing of a burning plane yesterday? What about the day before? Or the day before that. This sort of thing is not common. At least not yet.

It's not always airplanes full of passengers. The other day it was a FedEx airplane that ingested birds and had an engine fire after takeoff. Yeah things happen everyday in aviation.
