Dismantle what plan exactly? The current Democrats don't have one. It's time to replace them with people who actually do.

It's clear we need to replace the leadership in the Democratic party. People like Chuck Schumer completely screwed it up for all of us and their messaging has been absolutely atrocious. People should have stood up for and with Rep. Green and we shouldn't have passed that fiscal bill in the Senate.

If we are "out of time" then it would matter and we can replace the old guard of democrats who refuse to change and to put in new blood. Congressional Dems have worse polling than Trump and it's obviously from the last 8 years that their plans don't work. Grow up and get ready for change.
