Might have started the shirt pull outside but he fell inside of it. Soft pen but I'd have been upset if it had been against us and not been given. So by that metric, I think it fair.

If the action starts outside, it's not a foul not a penalty. Doesn't matter where the player falls. Again, I'm yet to see it so will have to catch the replay.

Just saw it, that's not a penalty for me. Ever. Also, what the heck was that disallowed goal for Burnley. Do I not understand how offsides works?
