I don't disagree with you, but sadly that ship has sailed. Financially, unless we get a Phil Knight like benefactor, the best we can do is more with less and try and punch above our weight. IMO, that's going to be much harder if not impossible to do in today's CFB climate.
We have Huang, but have to ask hard questions about why he isn’t interested in helping. And yeah, you’re right. Doing more with less when everyone in your conference is making $30m a year pre-NIL and rev share is easier. Doing it on maybe $10m with NIL & rev share may be too tall an order.
