It's a 30 minute ride, why do you need main line steam for that? A shay sounds more applicable to me. Heck, it sounds more fun!

Nothing ever counts to foamers unless it goes 60 MPH on a Class 1 where they can go 30+ over the speed limit while chasing it for that YouTube clout.
