I liked Horror Movie a lot. It’s a book I’d like to revisit sometime. It didn’t end the way I expected, so it kind of threw me for a loop. Have you read The Pallbearers Club? It seems like something you’d dig!

I think it actually choked on the ending, sadly. Up to that point the book sustained such a beautiful atmosphere of doom and dread, but then it went full crazy monster in a way that felt kinda shallow to me.
