Also 3 recent judges said there is no evidence to support the Governments claims. Abrego and his family, friends and co workers all say there is no evidence he was in a gang. Just because a crooked cop said its true doesn't make it true

Yes, the immigration judge stated so. BUT: "The respondent argues that the Immigration Judge clearly erred in determining that he is a verified member of MS-13 because there is no reliable evidence in the record to support such a finding (Respondent's Br. at 6-9). " which led to the dismissal.

All this should be done with due process. Obviously he is NOT a gang member, his wife did not go through with the restraining order, and his legal status is obviously not "illegal" enough to deport him. To circle round: DUE PROCESS for all 3 accounts of accusation. It's not you opinion that counts.
