Good list. My most important is discount. That is why I don’t get everything at the LCS. I go though DCBS for most which is usually 30% or higher discount. My LCS still offers 25% off books, 20% off back issues and 10% if you have a pull with over 10 books.
I like to chat with the owner and consider him a friend and even worked there a couple of times when he needed me. He usually buys new collections and gives me dibs on books. Some of my most valuable books have come from this LCS.
I like that my shop has comic supplies and especially the official comic drawer boxes with the dividers and anchors. Because I use Mylar for everything I find it easier to order by 1000 from eGerber every couple of months.
I’m the same with supplies. I ordered bulk when i upgraded everything but now get it a pack or two at a time to maintain
