You have to add a bottle of Boost to the glaze to achieve high protein status.
It's a way of saying it's higher. In protein than other cuts that won't make you feel satiated too long. High protein makes you eat less.

Iโm making this today I just bought some chicken. I normally donโt even buy chicken. So then this recipe popped up here after I bought it, so Iโm like OK. I love Asian food. I love using my air fryer and itโs super easy to make.

It is to create the sweetness in the chicken with less calories. To be honest, I would simply skip the sweet part but it would indeed change the sweet sour quality of the preparation
