I had to *cook* and use whole ingredients. tips: batch roasting veg, making 6 'jammy' eggs at a go (lasts a week), learning new recipes. results: a smaller grocery bill, weight stabilized w/o thinking about it, delicious food (much less salt, no sugar, but plenty of evoo, fave veg) (ymmv)
