Terribly tragic & sad. From outside USA we look on Texas with pity & sorrow. Texans can no longer heed the warnings of bad weather. Tx, who gave us the Houston Scape Centre, have now completely turned their back on science. When they look towards the skies? It is for god, not a weather satellite.
