The US does not recognize the authority of the ICC. The US has also authorized military action against any nation that arrests Americans for war crimes. The US went down the toilet of humanity a long time ago.

The bill legalizing war crimes by Americans was enacted in 2002 under George W Bush. Obama did nothing to repeal it. Americans on both sides are very happy knowing war crimes are legal in the US. The US and all its claims of human rights and due process died on Sept 11, 2001.
