Mass shootings and serial killers are not the product of bad manners. Those people need psychological help not lessons in how to be respectful of others.

Maybe not mass shootings & serial killers but domestic & family violence perpetrators - yes.
Domestic and family violence is usually committed by individuals who themselves were victims of family violence. It should also be noted that women commit a significant portion of domestic violence. Approximately 30% of domestic violence is committed by women.
Figures indicate but can't reliably confirm D&FV is often (not "usually") committed by individuals who themselves were victims of family violence. Including same sex relationships the recognised figure is less than 25%. Even so you argue 70% v 30% really significant?
If i took 30% of your paycheck you donβt think that would be a significant amount? Itβs ridiculous to claim we only need to address the sex causing the majority of violence but green light the minority.
