Disagree on this one. It's handy because it means that people don't need to send an email that says "We received the email" (or words to that effect) x

Totally get it with texts. They feel much more personal to me. Most of my emails are to organisations and offices, so it feels different x

i felt the same way at first, but now it's a great way for me to let some of my favorite work antagonists know that i have ideed seen and considered their fool-ass message, and have chosen not to respond to it.
