As to "no more Social Security." I'm 82, my wife is 77. The Bush recession bankrupt us. $200k in home equity wiped out. We are living in a mobile home. The worry of trump/Musk/Vought taking away our sole income makes me suicidal or worse homicidal.

The “wants congress to move faster” is the story here. Trying to convince the public that power of the purse should not lie with congress because it’s is too slow. It IS a soft coup to change our GOVERNANCE Not a change to our government. They are ideologically opposed to house/senate debate.
Ok. Should we help him do so? Normal states will do all those things for their citizens. And no longer have to subsidize Republican states via federal tax transfers. A vastly smaller federal government does maximum harm to the very people who sent the Republicans to DC.
