Oof, that's pretty brutal. I suggest getting up one morning at 6 and knocking aggressively on his door and ask to borrow something (his mower would be ironic). I once had a neighbor start taking down a tree and putting it through a wood chipper at 8 am. I never forgave them.
He isn't actually my neighbour...maybe a 5min walk down the street (pressed him while walking the dogs). So no action by me will be involved lol
I understand. I never did anything about Mr. Woodchipper either. I just fumed a lot.
That's courage to use a wood chipper first thing in the morning. Esp if you've seen Fargo.
