President runs military, but not budget or really much. Shitty presidents kept pushing for more power so we end up in a dumb spot where acts of war can be ordered, but it's on Congress to do something about it.

If it is an unconstitutional overreach, how is it on congress? I studied US politics (Uni of Illinios), and I was taught that this was a legal seperation, based on constitutional law, which I presume is upheld by the courts?
How is it not if another branch breaks from their legal roles? Who's job is it to impeach? btw, you didn't answer anything, just asked questions. haha, so did I now.
My ans: I dont go to impeachment, bc politics is about the possible, and todays republicans are never going to impeach a bully republican president, who can turn their own electorate against them, right or wrong! Just cannot figure from 4,000 miles why the courts never act?
A lot of the time I think they might just know that SC will overrule it. Weeks of work for it to get slapped down has to be a gut punch. And fairly, impeachment did fuck all the first round of trump. I fully get that the system is broken.
That said, yea the military should refuse to do stupid shit.
